George P. Linke, Jr., Psy.D.

Dr. George P. Linke, Jr. has over 25 years of clinical, operational, financial and human resource experience, most at the executive level. His expertise consists of a wide range of human service areas, including behavioral health, education, residential treatment and day programming.

Dr. Linke is a strategic and innovative thinker with a demonstrated track record of building evidence based, high quality, cost-effective educational, behavioral and residential programs. Linke’s strategies and solutions have consistently contributed to the organization’s mission and financial health.

Dr. Linke has developed and implemented financial and talent management models to support clinical and program needs. A seasoned leader, Dr. Linke is committed to working with client organizations in developing a culture of service excellence, stewardship and fiscal responsibility. A skilled recruiter and interviewer, Dr. Linke sources and identifies top talent who are the right fit for his client organizations.

On the clinical side, Dr. Linke has dedicated his career to children and adults with learning difficulties and a full range of intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, brain injury and other genetic and neurological disorders. With an extensive clinical background in applied behavior analysis, he has successfully directed and developed programs that focus on the needs of individuals with significant challenging behaviors.

Dr. Linke holds his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University and holds both his Master of Science and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Dr. Linke has participated in local, regional, and national conferences on assessment and treatment procedures, staff training and compliance and the effectiveness of various staff retention interventions.

Colette is a progressive, innovative and results oriented business leader with expertise in building human capital capability, aligning structures and designing systems and processes which drive quality outcomes and consistently deliver bottom line results.

Colette is a Human Resources Executive with a broad range of experience including employee relations, labor relations, compensation, talent acquisition both domestic and international, corporate compliance, employee benefits, workers’ compensation and training and development. She is strategic partner for a variety of firms offering a unique blend of both HR and operational experience. Ms. Brown has been repeatedly recognized for her exceptional ability to drive change in both systems and organizational culture.
